Estate Tax Cometh

The Federal Estate Tax will reset in 2013, with only a 1 million dollar exemption and a 55% maximum tax rate, barring Congressional Action. With a current 5 million dollar exemption for Estate and Gift Tax until the end of the year, now is the time to take gifting action.
